Our weekend stays are a minimum of two nights. We welcome children over 12 but regret no pets.

The best compliment I can give is that it felt like a home from home. We had everything we needed.Paul & Francesca made us feel very at home, allowing us to meet their dogs and ensuring we were still met despite our late arrival.A really great breakfast breakfast.A perfect B&B for those visiting Longleat or surrounding attractions.
I have just returned from a two night stay.Lovely accommodation all round. I stayed in the pump room, which was lovely and cosy great for a single occupant.Fantastic breakfasts and warm and friendly hosts. Really made to feel welcome and at home. Our room was clean and decorated beautifully, the Bed was very comfortable. We had the Farmhouse Breakfast twice and it is one of the best Breakfasts I have ever had at a B&B, it wasn't oily or heavy, it was tasty, fresh and filling. The owners are welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this place and if we get a chance, we will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
As soon as I arrived I felt at home. My room was beautifully decorated and ridiculously clean, I brought my own dinner from the chippy round the corner and was offered cutlery and a table tray to eat from in my room. The shower was spacious and powerful, the tap water was lovely and cold, the bed was amazingly comfortable, everything down to the temperature of the room was great. In the morning I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast which was delicious, and there was a breakfast bar with so many extras to choose from. The hosts were wonderful, really friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again!
As an account manager (Sales Rep) within the Southwest i frequent an awful lot of B&B’s, and hotels alike. I can confidently say this is without a shadow of doubt one of the most beautiful venues in the country, i stayed here for a single night with a colleague of mine whilst completing a shopfitting at a local store of mine, the price included breakfast for 2 rooms was very reasonable also.A beautiful secure premises, with great parking, lighting and access, the farmhouse itself is stunning, old fashioned yet modern, and homely! Breakfast was made fresh to my request and Paul was an incredibly accommodating host, i cannot praise the staff, and this establishment highly enough!The room i stayed in was beautiful, the carpet lovely and thick, with a soft luscious pile, tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits, the shower was powerful, towels heated on the towel rail and the bed was comfy too, would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
Definitely the loveliest B&B I’ve stayed in, very accommodating and friendly owners, rooms are beautifully furnished, and breakfast was great! Variety of drinks, continental breakfast and cooked both available. Will be recommending and this will be my go to place next time!

A must stay if you are in the area or en route to the West Country. Large farmhouse with rooms on the second floor. All rooms are beautifully fitted out & are very spacious. Each has its own en suite which is of high specification. We stayed in the garden room; lovely decor, huge dressing room & a very good shower. The bed was extremely comfortable & we had a very peaceful sleep. Lots on offer at breakfast & a decent coffee machine offering all the favourite's. Go try it; you won't be disappointed.
A really enjoyable stay. The Woodland room is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The small table and chairs provide a lovely place to write a postcard or read a book, whilst enjoying a hot drink. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning, there was great choice of food and drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. I can thoroughly recommend.
Hands down one of the quaintest little spots I've ever stayed at! Paul and Francesca were so sweet and accommodating. They personally cooked me breakfast and even offered me a ride to where I was working in the morning! My room (the blue twin suite) was decorated beautifully and it was overall just so sweet and cozy. I will definitely be back if I am ever in Dorset again!

☺ The dream B&B - gorgeous clean room, silent at night for a sound night's sleep, modern shower, all the little touches like tea/coffee/biscuits, fresh towels and toiletries, on-site parking. One of the best cooked breakfasts we have had with the lovely touch of being cooked in front of you in the huge farmhouse kitchen while you chat to the delightful hosts and to other guests!
We stayed 2 nights for a wedding that was around 20mins taxi away in Sturminster Newton, so please do consider this place even if it seems slightly further from your event as it is definitely worth it.

☺ The spacious room, the cleanliness, the quietness, the owners, the kitchen in which breakfast is being served. Good and secured car park!
☹ It is nice that there is a small fridge in the room but it makes noise, so I switched it off during the night. The B&B is situated in a town, in a street with other houses, so even though the farmhouse itself is fantastic and used to be situated in the country side, it’s now in town. That’s a bit of a pity. However, do stay here!
